At Kostvia, our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange for another style within 45 days of receiving your package.
Return Policy

Damaged Items: Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Condition of Merchandise: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.

Sizing Issues: If the item does not match the size indicated on our size guide, please contact us with evidence to initiate the return process. If the size guide was overlooked (as each item may have a unique guide), we appreciate your assistance in returning the items; however, please note that return shipping charges will be at your expense.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
How to process your return or exchange:

Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email, along with the desired new size or product. (Exchange stock availability is not guaranteed).

Ship the item back to the address provided to you via email.
Once received, we will either send your new item at no additional cost or issue your refund.
Refunds

Tracking Required: A tracking number is mandatory to process your refund. Without it, the request is ineligible.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.

Bank Processing: It may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

International Returns: These are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns. Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Special Merchandise: Unless there is a quality issue, special merchandise is not eligible for returns.
